CDLC Not Saving Tuning For Arrangement?

When using the rocksmith toolkit GUI and adding my arrangement from eof, I set the tuning (bass) to D Drop C, when I go to the song on Rocksmith it says "Custom Tuning" and it's not D Drop C. Any suggestions?

    Depends on how the tuning was set exactly but i would suggest to fix the tuning directly into EOF too to avoid having to switch the tuning all the time in the toolkit.

    Thank you for the reply firekorn, I seem to only have difficulty when I set it to D drop C, but after some trial and error I've got a system in place!
