I'm having an issue where, once I install the cdlc dll into my root folder, if I try launching the game using the NCL.exe (which is how I normally launch my game), it will either pop up with an error saying "Offcets not found!" or it won't do anything at all. I don't understand what I did wrong?

I fixed it. I had screwed up my offcets somehow. My bad, feel free to delete.
