Unable to get information from the arrangement XML.

Unable to get information from the arrangement XML.Your version of the EoF is up to date? There is an error in XML document (17,23).

I kept getting this error trying to add my arrangement in the toolkit. I couldn't find any information about the error but found what the problem was.

If anyone else gets this error, check if your mp3 tags have non-english characters. If it does, copy the mp3 file and remove the tags. If you don't want to start over, you can manually edit the XML files in your project folder using notepad. Check the artist name and album name.

The song I was using had russian characters in the album name which ended up turning into the following and breaking the file:

<albumName> 0=5B:8. >;=0O 8A:>3@0D8O (</albumName>

Hopefully this will help someone.
