CDLC Freezing Game

I have Rocksmith 2014 remastered for Steam. I've have tons of CDLC installed that have been working fine until today...i reinstalled the games and CDLCs and no luck...

 

Any ideas shy this is happening?

    I'm having the same issue now and every solution I see linked is linked to a dead page =(
