Convert old files

Hi,

 

Is it possible to Convert dat files from rs2013 to psarc files for rs2014 ?

Can anyone Help me ?

    Have a look through the database first, though, because the songs you're interested in may already have been converted.

    So its not possible to Convert them by my own ?
