Rocksmith CDLC not running on IOS 10.15.5 (Catalina)

Hello there,

a lot of things were written about the problems with Rocksmith CDLC on newer OS-Versions.

My problem is this:

1. Downloaded Rocksmith via Steam

2. did all the things I have to do to get the CDLC in the Rocksmith Application folder.

3. Startet rocksmith, bought smashing Pumpkins Cherup

4. copied CDLC for Mac (Amorphis - The wanderer) in the dlc folder on my Mac.

5. The Song is shown as DLC when I start the game again

6. When I want to play the song, I have to tune the guitar and after that nothing more happens. The boxes in the game are running, sound is there but no start of the song.

7. Tried to do this with another song, same thing

Maybe somebody found a solution for that. I tried to read me through a lot of forums but haven't found a solution for my problem. hopefully somebody can help me.

Thanks in Advance

Greetings from Germany

download and run patch

if it doesn't work verify the integrity and run the patch again

if that doesn't work re-install Rocksmith 2014 Remastered (back up your custom songs) and run the patch again

I have tried running the patch and reinstalling as well with no luck. Should I also have the DLL file in there as well? I get to the same stuck screen after tuning for each song.

I was having the same problem and after running the patch it is now working for me.

I had also added the D3DX9_42.dll to the Rocksmith root folder prior to running the patch.
