Those lines?

Hi guys!

 

I wonder what are those on screen, green lines on the bass or guitar neck beween the chords when you play a song? Should I pluck / strum the previous chord there or what?

    No, that will show up on the neck as a coloured horizontal line.

    Those are the beats of the song (it's when you would hear a metronome click for example). They are here to indicate the tempo and don't require you to play anything.
