when i try to download any .psarc files i get an error message from google drive,saying that wasnt possible to find the IP of the server and some bullshit like that. is it a common error?

When you get the error, post a picture of it in here. We can't really go off an error that we don't know what it is. Is it common? No, I've never heard of that error.
