CSFM seems to install but won't run?

Windows 10 64bit

Latest .NET framework

 

Installed, uninstalled, etc.  Multiple times.

 

Get to the final screen , Launch box is checked.  Nothing happens

 

Click on CSFM icon, run as administrator (or not), spinning blue circle for a couple of seconds, then nothing.

 

Only statement in debug log (repeated for each time I have tried to install:

 

[2020/01/24 23:36:03]: ==== This is the start of a new CFSM run log =====

 

Help?

 

This is a new computer build.  Everything "seems" stable.  Ideas?

If it helps, when I look at the WER for this app, I see this:

RESOLVED   FIXED   BETTER NOW

Seems my .NET framework was buggy.  I updated it with Windows Update (a couple of times) and it now works.  Yippee.
