CustomsForge member posting DLC in CDLC is there a reason for this to be listed?

Ive noticed the last few days that a new member named CustomsForge has been posting links to DLC in the CDLC section. Am I missing something here? Dont we all know what is already in the DLC

    This is our new system to include official DLC in our database, the link goes to the RiffRepeaters website.
