Need to pull files off of hard drive.

I've seen an interface that connects a bad hard drive to a computer to pull files from it, but I can't for the life of me remember what it's called. What's the hive mind say?

Wrong forum man, google some info or find data recovery company if it's minor thing that may cost you not that much (like dumping data off dead ssd from nand chips directly)
