Does anybody have a tutorial for using the guitar hero multi-tracks for conversion to Rocksmith?

On EOF's side of things you basically just import the MIDI file (or the EOF project if whoever did a conversion to FoF/Phase Shift provided it), author/import the tablature and hit Save. For the audio, if it's really multi-tracks, you'll have to merge them into a single stereo track with a program like Audacity (they should all sync up to each other already).

In EOF, you can change the chart audio in use on the fly with the "Load OGG" function in the file menu, such as if you want to change to the bass audio when you work on the bass track. If you are authoring the tablature manually, you may even want to copy the 5 lane notes into the pro guitar/bass track to act as placeholders, because the timing is usually pretty accurate. You may have to make some adjustments, but when I've added pro guitar to Rock Band charts, I usually just had to select the note and apply the right fret number and technique to it.
