CDlc suddenly stopped showing up in song list after creating new rocksmith user profile. I already re-downloaded and replaced d3dx9_42.dll file, deleted all user rocksmith user profiles created a new one... still not working. I had an automatic win10 update recently maybe has something to do with that... please help!

I don't think it's the win10 update, I check at least once a week for updates, and no problems here.

Maybe you misplaced the CDLS's or the d3dx9_42.dll file?

Cherub rock downloaded? in case you meant that you did a complete new RS.

Only option left that I can think of is that Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable could be a problem, I have seen some other games with other people having problems also now and then also after a Windows update, they needed to remove it, and reinstall it. (not sure if that is the case with RS also)

I have 3 profiles in use, one for me, and the two others for my daughters, and the fourth one I use if someone comes over and want's to strum a few times.

So the fourth one is switching now and then.

Anyway gl.

Thanks for your answer. Rockmsith was running perfectly fine except for some common known bugs.
I havn't changed anything. Cldlc is in the dlc folder where it should be.  d3dx9_42.dll file Is in the Root folder.
