Sorry. I had an issue with v1.5.6.3. After re-installing it for about 10 times, it is working.

1.5.6.3 worked for me.

 

Website mentions 1.5.6.2 but downloads 1.5.6.3.

 

Latest Windows Build Patch Notes are not shown, white empty box.
