unfinished work need help

are we allowed to surrender work to someone else more capable? I can't get the sound volume increased in toolkit, and I can't get my tones to work plus I'm not very technical and I have a song I wanted but it needs a finishing touch kind of deal if that's allowed I got manowar blood of the kings, and polk salad annie by tony joe white basically done if someone can please do me the honor and save these charts, I put hours into both
