Having issues with CDLC in Rocksmith 2014

I have loaded the CDLC into the DLC folder in Rocksmith 2014.  I have  purchased Cherub.  The Song appears in the list however; it has an X and will not play.  Rocksmith 2014 stats that the path is not correct and that I need to set the correct path. I have added the D3DX9_42.Dll file in the Rocksmith 2014 root folder.  Does anyone have any suggestions or any options to get the custom songs working

    If it has an X, it means there's no arrangement available for the path you're in -- if you're in the lead path, look in the rhythm or bass paths. Not all CDLCs have all the arrangements.
