How To Add New Inlays Using Rocksmith 2014 Guitar Maker ? :

 

1 st download Stable/beta version of the soft.
2nd launch it.
3 go to "Store" tab
4 download the one you want.
5 you will get a CGM
6 go back to creator tab
7 click load it will prompt you to load a CGM
8 Click on "RS2014 Directory" button a point it to "Rocksmith 2014/dlc/inlays"
9 check "PC" (or mac if you are on mac as i need a tester it would be neat XD)
10 click "create single"

Then you will get a pop up saying that's done.

11 Launch the game.
12 login in Uplay 
13 select your profil.
14 on lobby press CTRL
15 go to last choice
16 browse for your inlays.

Hey all!!! Need some help here... followed this tutorial to the letter: https://sites.google.../site/cozy1cgi/

The custom inlays show up in my path menu, but when I select one, all I get are pink blocks across the fretboard. :(  Tried the Reset to Rocksmith pattern trick but, to no avail...  Any help is appreciated.

do you have of the Jackson Shark Fin Inlay and Ibanez Shark Tooth Inlay a 24 fret version?

I've Just Seen Recently the 24 frets option in The Toolkit.

So i've not work on it yet, i'll have to see if it's stretched or fully implemented.

I've keep all the PSD files Though.

@@Habitat, try Cozy1 CGT it able to generate packages for all platforms, but I think It's never tested xD
please tell us if that works for you.

One question:

I downloaded the bass notes template with the guitar maker and created the inlay with the toolkit... it then showed up in my inlay list and I selected it - but I got dots instead of note names...

 

tried it a second time.. downloaded bass notes, this time created it directly with the guitar maker... chose bass notes in RS.. all i get is dots

 

 

was there something switched/conufused? It clearly says bass notes...

Can you try to load it in lead/rythm in RS ?

How can I change my Truss Rod cover in game? I can see someone has "Studio" on his Truss rod.

It's probably the Guitar type 3R + 3L or 6 in line tuners on headstock.

Try to Switch to 3R + 3L.

 

(As This part of the guitar is not customizable).

Created this one after buying a B.C. Rich Mockingbird Custom Pro X3, not the best but figured i'd post it incase anyone else wants it :P

Thanks for this, however after trying multiple inlays with both this and the Rocksmith toolkit, none of them show up. I just get a neck with no inlays. What should I do?
