Whenever I try to add lead silence to a song, it tells me the operation seems to have failed, then asks me to undo, if I click on either answer, it removes the song, and only the lead silence remains.

I think they fixed it in an update so update eof. But to be safe just use the "Re-encode" option instead of "Stream copy", been having no errors since I started doing that.
