I basically used my thumb as a plectrum at that stage. I was mostly picking down with my thumb and up with my index finger anyways in that song, so it wasn't a big transition to just hammer away with tremolo-picking technique.

Not quite sure how to play this part with fingers... I can confidently do it at 75%. Tried a pick and can go up to 85%, then it becomes a mess. 

 

Working up the speed...still feels like flailing at full speed.

Flailing is exactly how I feel too.  I just spent about an hour running that repeating line with and without riff repeater and once I take it past 90% speed, it's fumble fingers on both hands.

 

But did manage to increase my performance on Lead:  now at 93.6%

Still sounds bad, maybe Rocksmith guy is a bad judge of character.

 

I play this when I've seen too much Underwear.

 

Back to the Underwear!  I think of this song when doing laundry now.

it's my hope that someday I'll learn what time management is and I'll start participating sooner

Almost but not quite my best score on this. I tend to have endurance issues towards the end. Will rest up and be back with a 90.

Will need to do RR for this but not sure if I have time later this week :(

I really liked this one.  Its nice to play.

 

 

This is the third time we play underwear. (first was week 91 and second was 146)  I have kept it since the first time and played it a lot over the years.

 

 

This song really brings back memories.  It was one of the NES games that was actually a bit easy.  I did play it a lot tho.

I did not have a bass last times we played underwear and i had not played it before this.   It was fun.  Might try a bit more later.

I don't think this is the way your are suppose to play on a bass.  But then again, the guy playing is obviously in a whole other realm of playing than I am.
