add DLC songs rocksmith 2014 in windows 10

Can someone please help me.
I would like to add DLC to Rocksmith 2014 in Windows 10, I have followed the steps I have found to replace the file D3DX9_42 ..... but I do not have that file, please someone to give me some guidelines. thank you.
