@bwaredapenguin reported that CFSM was sometimes changing the arrangement represent (default, bonus and alternate) values in repaired CDLC. Turns out this was being caused by a bug in the toolkit. Both CFSM and the toolkit have been updated to address the issue.
You should now be able to repair CDLC with latest build of CFSM which will correct the toolkit bug and will also correctly maintain the arrangement represent information in repaired CDLC.

It should go without having to say ... make sure you are using the latest build before submitting bug reports or asking for help.
