CDLC Package Creator Error

This error keeps coming up, I have tried several different things.
Re downloading and re configuring EOF + RSToolkit

Re-charting for the song in EOF.

I've already made on song for RS and still, this.

 

I'm clueless as to where to go from here.

There is a problem with the album artwork.   Plz use a different file in jpeg format, 512x512 and try again.

 

EDIT: Latest version of toolkit should perma fix this.
