Hey everyone, returning after quite a long time away but ready for a new year and a new improved practice regime

Dang, you make that look so easy.  I guess I should expect that from you, but I'm still in awe.

Sounds a lot nicer unplugged than in rocksmith. That open D in rocksmith sounds way too loud and in overall the tone of that clean is way too loud. It's supposed to be a pretty quiet phrase.

Thanks! Can I tell you a secret? It took me quite few tries to start getting it at all, then I had to build up the speed. And when I finally was getting it at good tempo (a tad faster than the real bpm), I turned on the camera and lost all skill. I know I'm showing #1 before that attempt, but it was the first attempt of that video clip, which itself was like attempt number 5002.3. Not easy! :P

First SA run...maybe too early, but I wasn't feeling patient today.

And since rhythm is so similar I tried it too.  Wow, that run sure repeats more!

And I remembered I hadn't tried the Rodeo rhythm.  Went to master mode as soon as I could.  I have a theory about repetitive rhythm parts.  I think the rhythm guitarist skipped band practice that day, so the lead singer wrote the part as penance.  Every show from then on the rhythm guitar player remembers why you DON'T SKIP BAND PRACTICE!

Lead. Got the first two solo parts down and stumbled through the third. But the octave slides ruin the score.

Edit: And rhythm...

Practice is paying off. Now only if I could nail those octave slides!

And this needed another attempt.

This is a bit harder than the lead, but not considerably.
