I tried master mode again. I will be in the rural no-internet part of Germany for the next few days, so this is my last score for the week.

 

I seriously can't create a good streak in this song. I'm cursed by random misses. This run granted both of the solo phrases with "perfect" label.

@@RSjeffH I don't think you are supposed to override 98.99 accuracy with 98.32 even though it was master mode. Colouring his name red is enough.

I was just barely hitting those stretchy notes there. Just couldn't get consistent enough at it.

 

And no, I've tried filming myself, but I seem to lose 98 % of the skill as soon as the red light goes on :D Even if it's just a playthrough video with screencapture only.

This seems to be the best I can do this week on lead.

 

Took me a while to get the hang of this, fingers still don't quite want to go where I need them but getting better.  My big accomplishment tonight was clearing score attack without any strikes.

 

Beginner - Abba - Waterloo - Lead 92.83%

 

 

Also, has anyone else playing this noticed the chord progression seems off in what I'd call the transition from the A to B sections?  I've listened and played it slow and I'm convinced the chart is wrong.  Not saying much and I don't know how to really explain it in this format.  The chords as charted just don't sound correct.

I don't have answers, but I will offer encouragement.  Fight through that plateau!  I heard a quote recently that good players practice what they are good at, great players practice what they aren't good at.  

 

 

I remember 2016 when this went up and I haven't improved very much in two years. but I know I'm much better.

I'm barely a 5 out of 10 in lead and rhythm now in 2019 and back then I was 3/4 out of ten.   Also I've spent maybe 300 PLAYING hours on Rocksmith since then, why Im  I so slow in learning?

Thought i would do better on this one after some practice.  Maybe i have some more time later.
