Good selection this week but I'd rearrange bass difficulty.

1. BloodHound Gang is more difficult to play than "Alvvays", even though I heard the song many times a decade or so ago :) I'd give it 4.

 

 

2. Alvvays - Party Police. This one would (3), nothing tricky about it. Thought I'd actually get 100% on the 1st try without ever hearing it but I missed a note somewhere

 

3. The Rolling Stones - Angie (4). Fun to play and sounds really good. I played it several times in LAS long time ago when I could barely get 90%... tried it now and almost nailed it.

 

4. I'd also switch the two Judas Priest songs. Traitors Gate is more difficult to play... or may be I just hate fast songs with pick. I'd say it's 7.

 

5. Rising from ruins. Too easy for Masterclass :) It sounds familiar, did we play it before? Played with fingers and was surprised that I can keep up!

@@Rodman Maztor wins :) You never saw that 100 % picture ;) And wow, more Judas Priest on a week that I have no access to a guitar due to work trip to Germany. Hoping to get my rocksmith issue fixed before the trip so I can at least get 1-2 attempts on each song :)

@@Rodman or scorers looks like the spreadsheet has the wrong order for GOG.

Indeed bass difficulty order will not apply to all players.... i have tested those extensively and thats how it turns out for someone who has focus on guitar and will use a pick never holding a 4string.

Its extremely close for BHG and Alvvays. Angie is int 4 (has been played before and thus lands in bonus anf was rated 3 back in the days)

 

And the both great JP songs - no we havent played rising from ruins bass... it was GoG a few weeks ago! - they are basically the same level for me..

Order decided by the blink of a fly difference feeling overall.

 

So at all bass participants - please tell us your correct order to get that as right as possible.

 

So far Angie is more difficult for me, we'll see if that changes as the week goes on...

I was planing on playing guitar this morning.  But after grabbing my guitar and sitting down i started to play while Rocksmith was booting.  I realized i had picked my bass by mistake.  So this week i start with the bass.

Last time we played Angie my first score was 75%, 15 plays later i ended up with 91.18%.    Now over 3 years later it will be fun to see how big improvement i can make.

Week 98 I got an 88.34%...89.13% is not much of an improvement for 3 years, but what a great way to gauge yourself.

6-string first. 

Nothing great all first tries. Except for Chasey Lain, as I've played that long ago. No improvement though  :lol:
