Big improvement....I was feeling the groove this run!

If you're having trouble with the bass power chords in hallowed, try the devils horns hand gesture. Index across the top 2, pinkey  across the bottom 2, and clamp it tight with your thumb. I almost never miss them that way. And if you are doing fingerstyle, strum with the thumb of your right hand.

Blister on my pinkie for some reason learning Amy Winehouse.  Here's where I'm at so far:

 

Beginner Lead - 92.9%

Johnny B. Goode on bass = 97.5% but not a valid score because it downgraded the level on the very last section grrrrrrr

I'm not one to chase perfection, so I'll stop there, for now.

super busy this week so if I'm able to get another score in it'll be towards the end of the week

 

I really should listen to more Iron Maiden. I always forget how awesome they sound. This one makes me feel like I'm riding a horse.

it´s only 1% in 10 tries, but it sounds way better

 

 

Sometimes I wish I wwas cross-eyed, so I can keep one eye on my fretboard an one on the arrangements  :lol:

That's me done for a couple days unfortunately.  

Better rhythm and lead sight-reading. The first try was from week 200 with 66%, that means I got better identifying notes that come flying at me with insane speeds. Didn't work for the solo, unfortunately.

@@Anwyn For some reason when I played Hallowed Be Thy Name for the first time in LAS, the scroll speed was super slow, so it showed a lot more upcoming notes than it's supposed to. For reading, it was convenient, but not so much when you tried to match the rhythm :D On second go, the scroll speed became fast, with less visible notes.

Okay, this week is not going great with scores, but I'm enjoying Amy's song:

And I had to try. That intro is so impossible. Even after practice, I just can't get the hang of it. The note picking part on the other hand allowed me to get surprisingly long streaks after some practice. I do think I fell from my ride though :(
