Kinda surprised at the scores, I wouldn't call this a 10 but maybe a 8 or 9 since it's really only the solo that's difficult. Little bit of practice and I was able to get most of the solo down   @@MaZ

I hated Royal Republic prev. time. I hate it this time too.

UPD: OK. I hate every song. I guess I need to stop.

Well I won't get too much time to work on the solo for this one. I'm out of town the rest of the week. This will have to do.

Damn you @. You had to tie my score last week. What makes it especially painful is I had a 195 streak on a lesser attempt. I'm getting closer to winning one of these. I'm gonna keep working at it!

@@Toni-Wan Kenobi Looks like I won't be enjoying second place of advanced bass for much longer  Perhaps you should try testing some songs by Royal Blood ;)

I'm sure the RS Champs Ref's, will kick me out of advance soon anyway. You'll be safe! Hoping for a couple more weeks before I get properly shifted to Masterclass  ^_^

Yea I like Royal Blood. I've also seen them live, they were warm up for the Foo Fighters! Amazing night! I haven't played RB for a lot of months, they were a little difficult last time.

pfft. I thought I had started score attack after checking those couple of nasty spots in this one. I was so hyped because I hadn't heard any streak end noises during playing, so I thought I must have gotten a perfect run. Guess this means a re-run!

I think 99.8 means 1 note miss at some point. Oh well :)

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, i've tried not to get my fingers in flames by playing this song!

I've modified my playing on this pattern:

And it gets easier to play faster here.

@@Toni-Wan Kenobi Thanks for pushing me into getting the perfect streak, but unfortunatelly the score is not high enough. I don't get the same timing accuracy with bass note detection as I get with the guitar. Although, this is so fast paced that it's hard to get the timing right anyways.

@@Ploutchsky that should be totally fine. I've done the same thing on multiple songs. Sometimes I've even changed chords to more comfortable positions. Tabs are not always made in the most optimal way, especially bass tabs tend to do a lot more jumping than is actually necessary.

(Unfortunatelly!) Not a single Toni-Wan Kenobi was harmed while making these bass scores.

I feel obligated to miss something as simple as an A chord every time, but not necessarily the same one, or two!

Nice one dude, knew you had it in ya!

Not really much time this week, so basically sight reads. Through the advanced piece I did play twice once with a pick and then without, I kept the without score. I really should practice more with a pick, but it feels really clunky on bass, where it feels better on guitar for me due to string spacing I think. Well first up Intermediate.

Then beginner because it was funish.

And then advanced because I didn't like the intermediate song.  Turns out I didn't like the advanced one either. Not a bad chart or anything, just things that sound like hair metal to me just give me the cringes. I'll keep playing them though, since they do help me improve.
