Reinstalling My windows 7

Hi,

I am about to reinstall my window 7. It has been a few years since I had too. I scared that I won't be able to get my RS up and running right again. I saved all my stuff and i'm not sure if any new patches have been made.

I was wondering if anyone can link me to all the updated stuff that is working.

If there are certain steps I need to take please let me know.
