Patch for what?  on what system?   are you looking for the .dll for remastered then there are links posted in a lot of threads.

for CDLC it crashes every time since the new update and the servers wont work as well.

Its not new and there is no new update either that i know of.

 

What servers are not working for you? 

i've tried that so many times... :(

If that doesn't work, we'll need more info about what's going on.

does not work... maybe having a lot of CDLC?

@@zalads12 how does it not work? does the CDLC show up? does the game crash? what is happening?

ill tune my guitar to the custom songs ive tried all my normal cdlc and when it stars just blanks out no notes pop up just the two amps and I can play just not the song....

yes other bought dlc work and the regular game works just not the CDLC

@@zalads12 the name should strictly be : D3DX9_42.dll

It's the (9) that prevent it to work correctly.

so turn it into a 9 (1)?

No.  the file should be called. "D3DX9_42.dll"

 

Anything other than that and it wont work.
