Played MC bass as well.

I somehow managed to fail the song after playing the last note :)

 

Then I tried it couple more times and got a small improvement.

I noticed that my mind paralyzes when I mess up and it's very hard to catch up again :(

Have you tried working through the song 2 phrases at time?  I find this helps me with some songs.  In many cases I find I can get a section up to speed and then lose it when all together.  Working through 2 sections has helped me a little with that, especially with songs I am struggling with.

Work on Sections 1+2, then 2+3, 3+4 etc.

Took a stab at Int. Lead.  RS guy says excellent performance, but I'm bringing up the rear with an 85%.

So damn close to getting another 99+ this week.  Stupid unison bends.

Yeah, I usually do that as well. The phrases (I've been saying phase this whole time :unsure:) on this song were just so long, so I thought going a phrase at a time would work well enough.

Practiced this song for 20 minutes with RR and charts by Meelo and got a bit of an improvement. Still miss the chords half the time, even though I finger them correctly...

Are you using your neck or bridge pickup? I noticed that my accuracy drops from 95 to ~80 if I try to play this with my neck pickup instead of bridge.

That third/second form of pentatonic minor/major "solo" always gets me -_-

I felt confident that I can do it in master mode, so I did.  B) Also managed to avoid extra strums pretty well.

Still no RR... too lazy for that and no time anyway, gotta go to work. Seems like if I play this song 10x times more, I might actually finally get it :) That streak of 98 is the beginning, can do it perfectly now.

I'll try switching. I'm playing on a cheap ESP M-10 guitar... should've bought the Telecaster a few weeks ago when offered :)

As long as it has a humbucker bridge pickup, it should do fine. :)

Spent a bunch of time in RR and this seems to be about the best I can do. Y'all make it look too easy!
