  • Some first runs.   Quite hard for beginner i think. http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k228/maztor42/Rocksmith%20championship%202014/Irreversivel%2097_zpsv39kqwse.jpg     Always enjoy some ghost. http:

  • To those who think I suck at taking photos: I agree. If anyone is interested in better ones, this is an Ibanez SZ520QM, feel free to google it.

Bass songs are really fun this week! Only played beginner and intermediate so far (can't be bothered to downtune to D tonight)

Only missed a note or two on each due to detection issues so I'll have to replay them but can't say I feel to bad about that  :D.

Ah, much better. I can't stop listening to this song :oGnUtjRS.jpg

same here and I don't speck a word of German… OJ.

but I've down tuned to d standard and I'm not  leaving till I'm bleeding.

Tough songs this week!

1. Beginner:     CPM - Irreversivel (3). This one is definitely too hard for beginners, goes too fast, I could barely keep up before warming up a bit. Tried playing it with both fingers and pick, it's definittely easier with the pick and I got the same score both times

2. Intermediate:  BB Brunes - Dis Moi (6). Challenging but a right fit for (6).

3. Advanced:     Ghost - Body and Blood (6) (D Standard). I'd probably put this one as (7)

4. Holy shit, what's that :) Needs a lot of RR to play the intro and couple more tricky parts

Rhythm time

1. Beginner:     CPM - Irreversivel (2). Quite easy but still sounds good!

2. Intermediate: BB Brunes - Dis Moi (5). Need to practice those chords...

Lead time

1. Beginner:      CPM - Irreversivel (3)

2. Advanced:      BB Brunes - Dis Moi (6). I'd suggest swapping the Int and Adv songs, Ghost is much more difficult to play. The lead for this one is almost exactly the same as rhythm

3. Intermediate:  Ghost - Body and Blood (5). Put that as Advanced 6 :)

As an absolute beginner bass player (only had the bass for < 2 weeks) I probably won't be able to submit this week. I just don't have the chomps to do the finger style for that song. I can't even play it at 80% in RR. :( And no I'm not going to use a pick if it's fingered. I'll never learn to finger style if I never finger style. ;)

I'll just have to practise more and more and more and more and I'll eventually get there.

Sad considering that I didn't have too much issue last week... :(

OK, so it's not just me then. Good to know.  :D
