Toogle ODLC disabled

With a lot of official ODLC it is now becoming a struggle to scroll trough all the list of ODLC. Some are good, are less good.

It would be great to allow the user to enable/disable ODLC the same way they manage custom DLC.

Can you reallow ODLC to be managed this way or add this as an option in the setting so that the user can decide to enable this function or not.

    CFSM can be used to enable/disable ODLC.  Here's how:

    1) Switch over to the 'Setlist Manager' menu tab.

    2) In the 'Master Songs' datagrid, check the box in the 'Select' column of each song that you would like to enable/disable, including ODLC.

    3) Press the 'E' button below the datagrid to enable/disable the selection(s).

    4) Enjoy!
