Tuning this blues

Hello everyone,

I would like to know the tuning of this blues:

 

 

Ok for the tone, it's "A" but I like the impression thath the “A“ note really falls in the bass.

 

As the drop A, I do not know if it exists.

 

If someone has an idea.
