@@Stark_Knight, I've let you down. But, it wasn't for a lack of trying (You can see this was my 40th attempt on this song, this week; not to mention several hours in RR)

I've hit a wall with this song. And I started thinking about why I can't improve. I realized that I don't "get" what he's trying to do in the solo. I can't find the pattern. No matter how slow I practice in RR, the notes seem arbitrary. I can't find the flow.

I'm definitely improving as a player, however. Just going to chalk up this as a loss and work at it again next week.

Argh. Too little time this week. One more score to get above 80%. This is as good as it gets now, without RR.

@@MellonFarmer yeah, the pattern seems totally random.  I used guitar pro and practiced little 3 to 6 note sections at time.   I got things to sound pretty good, but, was never the same thing twice and never what the tab was doing when at full speed.

@@MellonFarmer No worries, it's the effort that counts. Just keep practicing until you're able to play it. I gave it a try again and it's an irregular pattern so you would have to memorize the entire section. Don't feel bad if you're not able to play it because it's pretty tough for me as well.
