Since update with new fix still will not load

Game freezes on first screen, all that loads is the R badge in lower right corner,.  Both games Rocksmith OG and 2014 remastered crashed at same point.... Running in SLI and non SLi Fromat two 1070 gtx cards 6700 4.0ghz processor, 32gig 3200 ddr4 windows 10 64 professional.  Never had an issue until the update and have tried what ever is suggestion here in formun.... HELP
