I've tried creating a CDLC but my song won't start in game after tuning

I've been following this tutorial to create a CDLC: http://customsforge.com/topic/1922-how-to-make-pc-cdlcs-for-rocksmith-2014-tutorial-wscreenshots-by-darjusz/ however I've run into an issue that doesn't seem too uncommon, being that the song shows up in game but has no preview audio, and after tuning the notes show up but the actual song doesn't start, it instead does nothing for a few seconds then just ends. I've tried using the riff repeater as well and the same stuff happens, notes showing up but it never goes off.

I've tried the fixes from these posts:

http://customsforge.com/topic/30526-notes-not-rolling-on-created-cdlc/

http://customsforge.com/topic/6125-cant-make-a-dlc-correctly-it-wont-start/

but to no avail, I've set the seek settings correctly, I've added silence in the beginning, I've downloaded wwise 2014 (couldn't find any earlier version) and redid the .wems countless times. Does anyone know of any more fixes to this issue? Thanks

Also, here's a link to the broken CDLC: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1FQbk0UNG9r0l2guxhfqszE-vsPjBIr4_

redid the .wems countless times.

Don't do them, let the toolkit do it. As simple as that.

I'm not really sure what you mean by that, I did use WWise to make them by converting the .wavs I got from EoF. Is there another way I'm not aware of?
