Haven't tried it on riff repeater yet.

It's hard to raise accuracy when only thing you are working on - is into. Though, damn it getting nice, no longer breaking my fingers on those second riff's kinda-reverse-power-chord-things or whatever they actually called. And they sound like they should dammit, without D string getting muted!

Almost 94% at 3rd run, but I'm not this good. To get that I struggled 3 days in learn-a-song mode and RR.

Few weeks ago I asked for help due to an error that closes RS (crash), and I was told that a screenshot would have been important to figure out what went wrong. In a moment of clear mind I managed to screenshot the error. I just clicked "Enter" to play the song and this appears. Any clues?

Try to verify Rocksmith files in Steam. Also, did you download the d3dxxx.dll (don't remember the exact name) file required for Rocksmith customs?

Any info on posting pics in the thread? Done the beginner song but I can't post the pic and no error messages, trying directly from steam!

Thought this was pretty hard for beginner, I insta-failed the solo.  Also couldn't perfectly do the D5 to E5 slide consistently

Was it D3DX9_42.dll? I see only this file beginning with "D3DX" in my main RS folder. I verified my files, actually something was wrong, a file was not validated. If I don't post more about this maybe RS has been repaired.

You cannot do this from Steam. Use imgur.com to embed images. It lets you copy BB-code which puts the pictures into your posts.

@@Dazz, I mostly just open the screenshot in Steam and then use ShareX or something similar to screenshot directly to the Web.  It's a convoluted process to find the actual IMG link that Steam stores it as that's forum friendly, so I stopped bothering.  Lots of people just post links to the screenshot url that steam gives though, so no worries.

I used to have that problem to.   I think i reinstalled the Microsoft C++ redistributable package and updated my gpu drivers to make it go away.

 

You can find vcredist_x64.exe and vcredist_x86.exe in your rocksmith folder under \_commonredist\vcredist\2010\   if you don't want to download new ones.
