I find most of the Ensiferum tracks are alot of fun to play. My favorites are probably Lai Lai Hei and One More Magic Potion

...or Cliff Burton. "Anesthesia: Pulling Teeth" is challenging but IMO fun to play.

 

Elton John's "Saturday Nights Alright for Fighting" and Avenged Seven Fold's " Beast and the Harlot" are two of my current favorites to play.
