hello.

 

I have download 4 songs from the page with he instructions. when i start rocksmtih 2014 these songs are in "learn a song" BUT when i start the song nothing happend and don´t charge it. these songs are like "empty".

 

I wrote to the contact help support of the website but they don´t contact me.

 

If anyone know how to resolve this, contact me please.
