still struggled to get my 98% on the bloody time warp but i remembered something from the last time we played this.......i improved when i got into the spirit of the the song.......

so i put a bit of lipstick on, slipped into my fishnet stockings and basque and had one final try.....

 

 

and a slight improvement on Pat Bass,

 

 

then i thought what would happen in Master Mode ?

Day 2

I was able to complete the song today. I am sure it sounded like crap as I am not fast enough to do the strumming correctly. I feel it counted a lot of the triplets when it shouldn't have. I will keep working on it.

I am uploading today's practice of this song on my YouTube, linked in the signature, tomorrow. If anyone is able to give me any tips on what I can work on I would greatly appreciate it!

I'll be the 1st one with a rather lousy score... but whatever, this is way beyond my skill level and I didn't fail :)

I use magix tools for video production and that line is tight, i suppose the music line is gonna do the job also.

Damn, some notes not recognized, I was quite happy of my last run

I spent a lot of time with this in riff repeater at about 70% speed and I feel as though my strumming to this song has greatly improved. I only missed 7 notes at that speed. When I played it at full speed for the championship though it just fell apart.

Hey guys. I'm back from a hiatus from about a year I believe and I hope I don't stop again :)
Here is my scores for this week.

If I had couple more hours, pretty sure I would have crushed it...

Thought my wife was going to kill me this week. Usually I practice on her work nights.  But she was in classes this week so all mornings. Good news, I got to see her. Bad news she's not a big fan of rocky horror. Played it a few times, got it above 40% woot. 

And to further complain, my bass doesn't tune down to D. So I had to practice using a pitch shifter. Well it works, but man it's weird when the notes on the bass don't sink with what's coming out of rocksmith. Dissonance for the win?

Same on my MIM Fender Jazz. I can tune it down to D or even lower but some notes stop registering no matter what. I'm considering buying the shift pedal too. Have you tried playing with headphones so you don't get to hear notes from the bass?

Yup and it does help a bit, and remember this is coming from a whiny old guy, but the pressure from the headphones makes the cartilage in my ears ache. It's a cool little micro pedal though.
