Soen - Sectarian -- Bass and Lyrics mostly done, need help with Lead

The bass notes are right as far as I can tell, but they might be hard to play, because I converted this from a 5-string bass tab to a 4-string for RS. Let me know if that's the case. Lyrics should be mostly good, some syllables might be a half beat off.

 

I have a separate tab for lead guitar, but the problem I have is that it is charted in 94 bpm with mostly 16th notes, while the bass tab was 188 bpm with 8th notes. Just changing the bpm in my tab software (tuxguitar) makes the song 2x too fast. How do I double note lengths in tuxguitar, or stretch notes to twice the length in EOF?
