Song request!

Is there a special place on the site to make requests? I wouldn't normally ask but this is such a perfect song. Its an original song from "music is win" on youtube. I personally have no idea how to write tracks, plus the guy is waaaayyyy better than I am. But I really want to learn it and I think you guys will want to also.
