Changing Plattform = Losing Payed Songs?

Is there a way to keep my songs when switching from PS3 to PC?

I play Rocksmith 2014 since it was released in 2013.  In the last years I bought about 100 songs for ps3.

But I was never happy with the ps3.  Sometimes the game does not start and I cannot do anything; from time to time, I have to install updated first which takes very long; sometimes the games freezes; etc.

Further is the PS3 an old console, so it makes sense to look for something "new".  I could buy a PS4, and download about half of my songs from SEN, since I bought these songs for PS3 and PS4, while the other half is for PS3 only (at the same price) and I would have to buy then again.

But I am disappointed about Sony and would like to switch to Steam.

Ain't there a way to get the DLC from my PS3 and copy it like CDLC to my PC?
