My save file got damaged and I can't get past the calibration screen

My save file got damaged and I can't get past the calibration screen. It is the screen after you choose which headstock 3+3 or 6 inline. Is there a way I can get a new save file? I have deleted my whole game and re-installed and the file still wont work. Any tips or help? Any help is helpful to me. (I am new to the PC scene of Rocksmith) (I have it on ps4 but I wanted to try it out on pc.)
