Don't worry about it, you can post whenever, I just meant it as a joke. I just had the unfortunate string break and realized that I was out of spares. I ordered a few more packs so hopefully it shouldn't be a problem in the future.

Well this is a very late start to the week, back from Newcastle after seeing the Great Paul Weller (need more Weller on Customs Forge) and braving the ridiculous weather, i managed an hour or so tonight......

Hey guys, this is my first appearance in the championship. I found this site today and immediately tried to enter the championship (what a nice idea it is!).

Since it's my first entrance I'd like to be included in the Beginner class. I don't know if Intermediate suits me better, but just let's see in next weeks if I am worthy.

Really not having a great week. Here's a few.

 

I was lazy this week on lead.  A little practice and I probably could have kicked this up a bit more. But 6 play throughs got me from under 50% to over 70, so there's a win.

 

And for some reason I was really enjoying bass this week. So I spent a lot of time there.

I really hope i find time to have another go or two this afternoon.

 

Selection weeks are horrible regarding Competition scores, a lot of playing time is eaten up checking songs, but i can tell you there is one great week incoming this evening.

Both arrangements have been really tough for me this week. I suck at the barre chords on both and didn't have enough time to learn the solo on the lead. Oh well!... bring on next week!
