Found out why I'm having such a hard time with "hands cannot erase". I'm really good at playing on beat and I noticed that score attack kept saying that I was early. Turns out that the notes aren't in sync with the song but are slightly behind. All I had to do was slow down riff repeater to verify. Unsure yet if I'm going to keep trying because this song is really frustrating for me to play so I'll have to take this slight improvement for now.

So there is, at least on the PC version, an option to adjust for visual lag on your PC in the advanced menus.  It's under Display > Display Lag Correction. You may have to switch it back afterwards, but I think it can speed up the visuals by up to 200ms.  Better than nothing.

@@mackaybre I suppose, I may try again tomorrow but I'll see.

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances my Guitaring has been severely disrupted this week as 1, i have Gout and it hurts like hell, and 2, my Son, his Girlfriendfriend and my little Granddaughter have moved in with me for a week or so.

 

however the gout is getting a bit better and they are all out......

 

 

 

and i know i could do better on the Rhythm

 

 

probably won't get another chance now  :(

Getting better!

Been busy all day so sadly I didn't get a chance to try out hands cannot erase again with a latency fix. However, next time I play a song with that problem I'll know what to do. In the mean time I'll just take another slight improvement for the GOG song that I forgot to post yesterday.

And better. Sadly, have to go to work and won't have time to practice more. Looking forward to next week!

Question for those of you who played Orion - do your bass guitars have 24 frets? I play Fender MIM Jazz and it's only 22 frets :(

Maybe the pic gives you the wrong impression.  The 25.5" scale necks get removed,  The 30.35" scale necks go in the same neck pocket with little or no carpentry.  The string gauges, e to E, are 0.024" to 0.084".

 

C'mon people, what am I building?

Really exhausted tonight, but did squeak out a few more percents after a few tries.

 

Crap scores, but decent increases from where I started the week I guess.

After repeating this song dozen of times the game finally recognized all of the notes. Sometimes I just hate rocksmith :'-)
