The question is who?

 

We do take care of missing link the way we can when we notice or get report but we don't have any way to monitor all of this and it sometimes takes time to get in touch with the author so that he can remake his link.

 

We can hardly be blamed because author don't make sure to follow up on their CDLC.

 

And we can't afford to host the file on our servers either.
