You can delete phrases or sections from a beat in EOF by selecting the beat marker (click the -->), then use Beat>Events>Events to review and modify any such events applied to the beat. To add new phrases/sections, it's easiest to use functions in the Beat>Rocksmith menu.

Are the sections any different from one another? Like I haven't noticed a difference between "bridge" and "prechorus" for instance. Does fade in or fade out affect the player's guitar volume?

@@Hameron the only difference between name is in the RS recommend item. Only section name with impact ingame is the "no guitar" section that allow to have non-selectable section in RR.
