Trying to install CDLC but rocksmith custom song toolkit wont open?

I want to add To Live is To Die into my song library and i am trying to open the rocksmith custom song toolkit to change the app id and it just wont open. Is there any other way to change the app id another way? please help thank you

@ actually I've got this bug somehow on my machine right now, I've just installed new visual studio in hope that it's fixed scaling for uhd monitors but they didn't!!! (bloodybastardsyarr)

so I may dig into the cause of this a bit more. the only builds that works for me is my own actually :)

Can I have more info about your workflow?  The latest toolkit beta release of 'Packer/Unpacker', 'App ID Updater' works on my machine.
