"Mission Complete" window won't go away

Hi,

So if you finish a mission, you get that "Mission Complete" window (for examples, just google "Rocksmith Mission Complete"). But for some reason I can't get past it if I press A on my controller. I can only get past it with my keyboard when there's no controller plugged in. Why is that?
